In short
- We only use what is strictly necessary for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice.
- Analytics run only if you say yes. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- You can change your mind at any time: .
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website places on your device. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, do the same job. Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR, we may only use those that are not strictly necessary if you agree. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of these technologies.
2. What we use
| Name | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
kx-consent (local storage) | Strictly necessary | Remembers your cookie choice so we do not ask on every visit | 12 months |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Strictly necessary | On the contact page only: checks that a message comes from a person rather than a bot, so the form cannot be used for spam. It processes only the browser signals needed for that check and does not read your answers or track you for advertising | Only while you use the contact page |
| Cloudflare Web Analytics | Analytics, optional | Counts page views and measures page speed so we can see which pages are useful. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not identify you or follow you across sites. It only loads if you accept analytics | No cookies or storage |
| Marketing | Marketing, optional | Not in use. We do not run advertising, retargeting or social media tracking on this site | Not set |
3. Third-party services
This site loads its typefaces (Space Grotesk and Manrope) from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. Google Fonts does not set cookies. You can read Google’s privacy policy.
If you accept analytics, your browser also loads Cloudflare Web Analytics from Cloudflare’s servers, which receive your IP address to count the visit. Cloudflare does not use it to build profiles of you. You can read Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
If you follow a link to another website, that site’s own cookie policy applies.
4. The Kenerix portal
The customer portal at portal.kenerix.com uses strictly necessary cookies and storage to sign you in, keep your session secure and protect against misuse. These are essential for the service and cannot be switched off. Their use is covered by our SaaS terms and conditions and this policy.
5. Managing your choices
- Use on this site, also linked in the footer of every page.
- You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage means we will show the cookie notice on each visit.
6. Changes
If we add any new cookie or similar technology, we will update this page and, where your consent is needed, ask you again. Questions: hello@kenerix.com.
